DUO Plate Mill
After a concept study and generation of budgetfigures we received the contrct for modernication of the existing rolling mill with whole material handling.
The project included the material flow from furnance entry side to plate stapling unit. For the material flow we installed chain transport system, a cross transfer system and roller tables.
The core of the arrangement, the DUO mill was revamped for reverse operation. The main drive and the roll change have been completely renewed. The existing housings were machined and a new workroll shifting was installed.
