Deburring Machine
The deburring machine is used for the removal of burr after plasma cutting. In our case a laser detects the plate and the grinding unit follows the measured plate contour.
The deburring machine is divided into 2 separate working areas:
The construction of the deburring machine contains the following components:
- Mobile gantry with the moveable in all axes grinding unit
- Adjustable support tables in various sizes
- Swing gates to separate the work areas
- Dust troughs, safety fence and steel construction for cable carrier and suction
