  Modern machine and plant design and engineering would be impossible without complex analyses and calculations. We perform these in-house. FE-calculations of critical parts, pass schedules, vibration analyses or detail optimisations are part of our engineers’ daily business.
- 3d Laserscanning
  For the benefit of our customers, we are equipped with state-of-the-art laser scanning technology since 2019. Within a few minutes, the 3D scanner creates models of plants or entire factory halls with millimetre accuracy. As a result, less time is lost with on-site measurements and the actual situation can be efficiently compared with new plans.

Entry Section of the Compact Shear

Customer: voestalpine Anarbeitung GmbH

The order included engineering for the modernization and reinforcement of the entry section of the compact shear.
To allow processing of a larger spectrum of plate thickness at the plant, the pre-bending roll, coil opener and the snubber roll had to be redesigned.
