  Modern machine and plant design and engineering would be impossible without complex analyses and calculations. We perform these in-house. FE-calculations of critical parts, pass schedules, vibration analyses or detail optimisations are part of our engineers’ daily business.
- 3d Laserscanning
  For the benefit of our customers, we are equipped with state-of-the-art laser scanning technology since 2019. Within a few minutes, the 3D scanner creates models of plants or entire factory halls with millimetre accuracy. As a result, less time is lost with on-site measurements and the actual situation can be efficiently compared with new plans.

Gas Scrubber

Start of the project: March 2017

The planning phase took place until the shut down in close cooperation with the project team on site.

Start of erection: June until September 2018

Fa. Buma supported the assembly companies on site during the installation.

Scope of supply:

Basic engineering

• gas scrubber in DUPLEX

• foundation

• Pipe layout incl. positioning of the valves and scrubber nozzles

• complete steel structures incl. stairs and all maintenance equipment

• Disassembly device of the existing vessel

• Foundation plans
