  Modern machine and plant design and engineering would be impossible without complex analyses and calculations. We perform these in-house. FE-calculations of critical parts, pass schedules, vibration analyses or detail optimisations are part of our engineers’ daily business.
- 3d Laserscanning
  For the benefit of our customers, we are equipped with state-of-the-art laser scanning technology since 2019. Within a few minutes, the 3D scanner creates models of plants or entire factory halls with millimetre accuracy. As a result, less time is lost with on-site measurements and the actual situation can be efficiently compared with new plans.

Film Laminating Machine

Customer: voestalpine Grobblech GmbH

The order for the construction included the whole machine incl. rails. The machine is used to apply a single-sided adhesive protective film on the plate.
The film can be laminated in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction. After each track, the film is cut off by use of a movable blade and a new track can be started. Plate detection effected by use of a laser.
