  Modern machine and plant design and engineering would be impossible without complex analyses and calculations. We perform these in-house. FE-calculations of critical parts, pass schedules, vibration analyses or detail optimisations are part of our engineers’ daily business.
- 3d Laserscanning
  For the benefit of our customers, we are equipped with state-of-the-art laser scanning technology since 2019. Within a few minutes, the 3D scanner creates models of plants or entire factory halls with millimetre accuracy. As a result, less time is lost with on-site measurements and the actual situation can be efficiently compared with new plans.

Straightening Press Revamp

Customer: voestalpine Grobblech GmbH

As part of the revamp and local displacement of the existing straightening press, Buma received the contract for the following constructions.
Plans for foundation and foundation load
Infeed table and run-out table including chain drive system
New lifting beam at the press table
New drive system for the trolley of the press cylinder
Broadening of the press
Anti-rotation device for the press stamp
